Your information

Here’s what happens to the details you send us.

What you share with us

The form collects the details you enter, such as your name, contact information, vehicle, message, and preferred way to hear back. It also records the page you arrived on and any campaign information in that page’s web address.

How it is used

We use these details to help with your request and keep them private in the shop’s system. Sending a message won’t sign you up for marketing emails or texts.

What sending a message means

You’re asking us to get back to you about your request. You’re not booking a confirmed appointment, authorizing repairs, signing up for marketing, or making a payment.

Who can see your message

The shop staff helping with your request can see it. We save requests in the shop’s system and send the details to our company email inbox so we can follow up. Our email and website providers process information needed to deliver those services. Your contact and appointment details aren’t shown on the public website.

Simple website counts

We count taps on our phone links by page and day, along with requests successfully saved by our contact form. A phone-link tap doesn’t tell us whether a call was completed. The phone counters don’t use cookies or visitor IDs, and don’t store IP addresses, full web addresses, or a browsing history. We use these totals to see which pages help people contact us. We skip phone-link counting when your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. Saved requests are counted from the records we already need to follow up with you.
